Notice of Revision to MBSJ Annual Membership Fees

We are pleased to inform you that at the Extraordinary General Meeting (1st Session for FY2025) held on September 25, the proposal to revise the annual membership fees was approved. Our new fiscal year (FY2026) began on October 1, 2025, and the revised fees have been applied from this date as follows:

- Regular Member	¥6,500	¥7,500
- Student Member	¥3,000	*First year: ¥0  Second year onwards: ¥1,000

*Student members are exempted from the annual fee for the first year of membership.

Additional Notes:

• MBSJ’s fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30 of the following year.
• Membership is automatically renewed each year unless you request cancellation.
• Annual membership fees are charged regardless of participation in the annual meeting.
• If you wish to withdraw from MBSJ, please notify the Secretariat as soon as possible.
