奉納！バレル印の酒樽

新年の日本の神社では、この写真のように樽に入った日本酒が奉納されているのをしばしば見かける。これらの樽のラベルをよく見れば、緑色蛍光タンパク質（『緑乃光』）、シャペロニン（『寫丙論』と『界添』）、プロテアソーム（『蛋白ごろし』）、アクアポリン（『水之路』）、スクロースポリン（『満久淡泊』）の立体構造が描かれているが、これらは皆、バレル（樽）様の三次構造あるいは四次構造を有している。
