Researchers at Kanazawa University have engaged in the pioneering development of original Bio-SPMs, such as atomic resolution/3D-AFM, high-speed AFM (HS-AFM), scanning ion conductance microscope (SICM), and AFM for cell measurement, and applied them to the life sciences.
