MBSJ Members' Page Password Reset
If you have forgotten your login password for the MBSJ Members' Page, you can reset it online via the login screen. To do so, you will need your Membership Number and the email address registered on the MBSJ Members' Page.
* If you do not know your Membership Number or the email address registered on the MBSJ Members' Page, please contact the Secretariat for assistance.
Updating Your Personal Information
The following changes to your registration information can be made via the MBSJ Members' Page.
- Affiliated institution, home address, email address, and other registration information
- Mailing address (affiliated institution or home address)
- Change of membership type from Student Member to Regular Member
For any other changes, please contact the Secretariat.
Temporary Suspension of Membership
This applies to Regular Members and Student Members who temporarily suspend their participation in society activities due to reasons such as childbirth or childcare. During the temporary suspension of membership, the annual membership fee will be waived.
- Temporary Suspension of Membership Period
The temporary suspension of membership is granted by fiscal year (October 1 to September 30) and can be applied for up to three years starting from the year after the application. - Eligibility for Temporary Suspension of Membership
1)Being a Regular or Student Member
2)Having paid all membership fees up to and including the year of application
*To participate in the annual meeting with early registration or to submit general abstracts, your reinstatement procedures must be completed.

Withdrawal from Membership
Please contact the Secretariat.
* Membership will be automatically renewed unless you notify us of your withdrawal.
